Dzmitry Tselpukhouski is the founder of OQEN. He has spent his career in data engineering and database development in banking and telecom — building and running warehouse workloads on Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake, with pipelines in Python, Airflow, and dbt.
OQEN grew out of that work: the recurring problem of proving what a warehouse change will break before committing to it. He writes here about SQL and PL/SQL parsing, lineage, and impact analysis. Guidance in OQEN stays advisory and human-reviewed.
