Privacy Policy

This privacy page explains the data handling posture for the public preview experience and linked product trials.

Last updated April 16, 2026

Information we process

We process account and session data needed to authenticate invited users and operate the preview environment.

When you run product workflows, usage and diagnostic signals may be stored to support reliability, abuse prevention, and operational support.

How information is used

Data is used to provide product access, maintain security controls, and improve preview stability.

Preview telemetry is used for quality and support analysis and is not sold to third parties.

Access and retention

Access to preview data is limited by role and operational need.

Retention windows follow internal security and audit controls and may be updated as preview policy evolves.

Role taxonomy and rights routing

Privacy disclosures reuse the same role labels as Terms and Contact: Contracting Entity (UAE), Controller/Processor Posture, EU Representative (Bulgaria), and US Contact (Florida).

Data-rights requests follow the Data-rights request intake route, while operational product questions and preview support requests follow General support routing.

UAE Privacy Addendum

Where UAE data protection requirements apply, this addendum clarifies how the global notice maps to UAE-regulated personal-data handling in preview and trial workflows.

Any UAE-specific data-rights request should be submitted through the published contact route so requests can be triaged by the appropriate legal and operational owners.

EEA/UK Privacy Addendum

Where EEA or UK data protection requirements apply, this addendum provides regional context for roles, legal bases, and rights handling alongside the global notice.

Regional inquiries are routed through Data-rights request intake and then directed to the EU Representative (Bulgaria) response workflow when EEA/UK representative handling is required.

US State Privacy Addendum

Where applicable US state privacy requirements apply, this addendum provides state-context handling details that supplement the global notice.

State-specific rights requests are accepted through Data-rights request intake and then routed to the US Contact (Florida) operational/legal response path when state-context handling is required.
